Challenge
PiXL, one of the UK’s leading education organisations, needed to modernise its digital operations without losing the reliability of its legacy systems. As the organisation expanded and became more dynamic, keeping a smooth-running database and customer resource hub was critical.
They wanted something intuitive, approachable, and easy to use. Our role was to provide clear communication, practical solutions, and long-term support, empowering PiXL to evolve with confidence while protecting the integrity of their existing systems.
The Work
We became PiXL’s frontline digital partner, offering hands-on design and development support while advising on the processes that shape their long-term ecosystem. Our approach combined UX expertise with technical reliability, keeping PiXL’s systems robust while new features were introduced.
From server support and front-end development to continuous upgrades of architecture and interface, we worked closely with PiXL’s internal teams to keep operations seamless. We built user-friendly platforms for video content management and member onboarding. The team also enabled paid digital channels, enhancing PPC campaigns, developing ad creatives, and building conversion-focused landing pages for their events and training resources.
